returns & exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your online order, you are welcome to either return or exchange pieces for an item of equal or less value within 30 days of purchase.

Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned for exchange and are determined final sale. 

When shipping back your order, please include a note with your contact information. We suggest shipping with a reliable and insured carrier only.

All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. Rooni will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable.

Rooni is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the case of a returned shipment.
